Remember those Nationwide commercials with the slogan "life comes at you fast"...that's how I feel. Since the last time I posted about how I was going to post pictures soon and I even promised I would...life has come at us fast. My grandpa started not feeling so hot a couple of weeks ago, went in for a doctor's appointment, stayed in the hospital for a bit, went to a nursing home and recently passed away. It was really kind of a shock, it all happened so quickly. As a result of his passing, my husband and I and our little family moved into my grandpa's home to take care of it while everything gets settled.
We are in the middle of unpacking and creating a guest room so that my in-laws can come this weekend for my husband's graduation!!!! Yep, he's graduating from college. He'll be starting his master's in the fall, so I'll be even more excited the next time he graduates and we can move on from this crazy stage of life. Aren't all stages of life crazy???
My machine is unpacked and the ideas are brewing in my head...I'm hoping to share the creativity next week.
