This past weekend we took a road trip. Four days of driving for one event.
The trip went really well and I enjoyed the time spent with my family.
One of my favorite things about road trips is that I get to read!!!
I stumbled across this book at Costco a couple of weeks ago and purchased it for our trip.
I started reading it on our way home from Costco and couldn't put it down.
It's a true story about a little boy who gets to visit Heaven during an emergency appendectomy.
During the following months after his surgery, he shares his story with his parents.
What I love about the story and this little boy is that there is no apologizing for what he saw.
He saw Christ, he visited Heaven and that's the way it is.
It's an amazing story that just might change the way you look at life.
If you are local, and want to borrow it, just let me know.
Have you read it?
Leave a comment and let us know what you think about the book.
...
We'll get back to vinyl on Friday after I tackle the laundry.

I haven't read this book but I also saw it at Costco a couple weeks ago. It looks very intesting and certainly tugs at something in the heart. I'll be very interested to see reviews. :-D
I read this book a couple of weeks ago. It was definitely one that you can't put down. I loved it when he sees the picture of Christ that the young teen girl painted. The book gave me chills, in a very good sort of way.
I'll have to read this one. been for a walk through the valley of the shadow of death myself and have been left with no doubt the veil is sure thinner than we think.
My scrolls arrived today and I'm very happy. thanks for getting them all the way to Australia.
